Rates 2024 – High season April to October and December (rates 2025 – add 25 euro)
Our rates include tourist tax and VAT
Room rate one night 2 adults : € 200 Euro *
Room rate one night 3 adults : € 275 Euro *
Room rate one night 2 adults and 1 child younger than 10 : € 200 Euro *
Room rate one night 2 adults and 1 child between 10 and 15: € 225 Euro *
Room rate one night 2 adults and 2 children younger than 10 : € 250 Euro *
* plus end cleaning fee: € 50 Euro
Around Christmas / New Year and Kingsday: room rate one night 2 adults: € 275 euro *
We prefer a minimum stay of 3 nights but please contact us if you want to stay shorter. If it fit’s our calendar we would consider a shorter stay. If we do rent Rosies Place for one night we ask 225 euro (2 adults) or 325 euro (3 adults), this is including all taxes and the cleaning fee.
If you want breakfast, we ask 40 euro for 2 adults.
If you want to book Rosies Place we ask a deposit of 100 euro. The remaining balance can be paid cash upon arrival. Incase of cancellation we will refund your deposit if you notify us 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 14 days before arrival we also refund your deposit if we can rent Rosies to somebody else.
